Delete your account

Request deletion of your SecureOps account and login. You do not need the app installed.

We ask for this so nobody else can delete your account.

What gets deleted

  • Your login account is disabled immediately — you can no longer sign in.
  • Your profile, photo and personal details are archived and removed from rosters, staff lists and active records.
  • You can no longer clock in, clock out or submit attendance.

What is kept, and for how long

Payroll, tax, deduction and other statutory employment records are retained by your employer for the period required by South African law, and cannot be deleted on request. Any outstanding monies must be settled directly with your company.
